Here at J & C Creations we thrive on customer satisfaction and have a great reputation because of this.
We take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and we seriously pride ourselves on our packaging, sending out all our orders how we would like to receive them. All products are carefully inspected and then packaged to ensure you receive them in excellent condition.
DELIVERY OPTIONS

Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 days of dispatch including Saturdays. (This is not a guaranteed service and parcels can take longer to arrive.)

Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 day of dispatch including Saturdays. (This is not a guaranteed service and parcels can take longer to arrive.)

PARCEL FORCE COURIER SERVICE 48 £9.50
Two day delivery for much of the UK, including Saturdays. Full track and trace system. Used for parcels over 2kg or if you would like a secure delivery of your parcel.

COLLECT IN PERSON
During the checkout process you will also have the option to collect in person and will exclude any shipping costs. As soon as your order is ready for collection we will notify you by email or phone. You can then arrange a mutual time and day of collection.
WORLDWIDE POSTAGE
Please note we do not currently post outside of the UK.

We aim to dispatch orders within 12-48 hours of payment being taken however this is not a guarantee and in busy times can take longer.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery .
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
- you provided the wrong address for delivery;
- there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
- the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
- the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
- if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
- if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at enquiries@themodellerstoolbox.com.
